Over the years diet soda has became one of the most popular drinks in America. Everyone is looking for a way to be healthier. It makes us feel good! That’s why so many people chose to pick diet soda over regular soda. With 0 sugar, and many with 0 calories, it seems like a no brainer. Which it is, until it’s not.
It seems as if all these soda companies are loading all of the diet sodas with a super addictive chemical. Thousands of people reported that they drink roughly 12 diet sodas a day. Their “diet” has earned them all an average of 295 lbs. At what point does this not count as a diet?
Well that’s a good question. The answer is simple. Don’t drink soda if you are on a diet. Plus diet soda tastes like ass, and not the good kind. Change my mind.
